Ease of use and ever ready automer support.

Nothing I can think of. It's intuitive and well designed.

I use Blogger platform which is free and frills. It works for me as a blogger. But I needed an add on cart and ecwid, suggested by my web designer, was the perfect solution.

There are so many options you get. Whether your business is big or small you have every tool imaginable to help you generate profit. I have been using this product for many years.

I don't know that I've found any downside to using this program. Once in a while you might have a custom request but they are usually able to fulfill that.

This program fits nicely into my online platform. I have some customers with large amounts of product, I can easily add them, sort them and fully integrate them to my site.

I love how easy Ecwid is to set up and use. I have light knowledge of building websites and computers in general, but I was able to set it up, load my inventory and go live all in a couple of hours, very easy platform to use, with marketing and payment systems built right in, it's a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

The actual look of the web pages are very basic, I wish it had better landing pages, or more choices for the home page design.

I had issues with Ecwid connecting to my Clover system for real-time inventory count. I Called in, and they were quick to respond and help me get that issue resolved

Ecwid is easy to use and has the option of categories to display collections. Customer service and support are excellent. Modified to suit our needs - great!

No complaints here. In seven years, there have only been a few short system outages. Support is overnight but 24 hr or less response time. Mobile friendly!

They made modifications so that we could display more information on the product grid. They solved a continue shopping issue we had with code to resolve.

There are so many excellent features to Ecwid's platform. I love the powerful customizing capabilities that make my website work for my specific business. I can chat directly with someone from the company at all times of the day and night and get excellent customer service with immediate follow-up, if necessary.

I honestly haven't found a downside to using Ecwid. ChosingEcwid has turned out to be the best decision I've made for my new business.

Ecwid is constantly making changes and improvements to the site. They have even gone as far as to add a feature allowing me to sort my pre-ordered items from my standard orders, so they are all in one place.

I like that it has an intuitive GUI, easy to set up the site. I have also to mention that their customer service is excellent. I have an experience with Shopify, and even though it has more bells and whistles I prefer Ecwuid.

What I dislike the most is their Lightspeed Payment, I signed up with them and all my problems started right away, they requested to remove a diet supplement product from my site, I did what they requested and after that they never responded to me I sent them 6 emails asking why they do they hold my funds and why Lightspeed Payment is disabled but nobody cared to respond to me, this is unacce[ptable, there are much better payment processors out there. The other major downside for me is the lack of profit analysis and sales statistics, there is no option to enter the cost of goods and calculate net profit,.

Easy to use and excellent customer support.

Ecwid has great functionality and the support is great usually have an issue or question resolved in minutes. It also has a lot of integration with other software which saves a lot of time.

I'd like more of the premium features to be available to all paid plans. I sometimes get frustrated with the ApplePay integration as it won't display all of our shipping options to the customer. I don't like having to figure out code to alter the automatic and notification emails.

It allows us to operate our online shopping facilities and provides an easy to use platform with lots of features that our customers enjoy.

I've used several different sales interfaces before and Ecwid is incredibly easy to use. There was a very small learning curve. This program even has a list of tasks that help you set up everything you need. You get reminders if you don't fully compete the setup, so there is no way to mess it up. Something I really like is the integration of the iphone app & website. It makes it really easy to change quantities whenever, wherever. From linking the shop to my website for sales to tagging product images on Facebook for marketing, this is definitely a program I'd recommend.

I'd like the option of removing the return address from the printed invoice.

This gives buyers a way to instantly purchase art without having to deal with the artist or a gallery.

The statistical data which shows visits, cats, checkouts is great. The ability to track, ship orders with easy access,consistent confirmations. I have complete peace of mind with ECWID Platform supporting my website, business while increasing my efficiency & short term planning

The format for a webpage is restrictive in characters and placements. I had to be creative but not my best final product due to these limitations

We've been very happy with the system so far. It's taken some time to get everything working just the way we want but we have some fairly specific needs. For the average seller it is very easy to get up and running and the support has been very helpful.

We would like to see some more tools for bulk managing products, especially things like temporary sales, but that could be just us needing to learn the system better.

It allows us to easily list products on our website while also having enough control to customize the way it works to suit our needs. There are also many tools to help with advertising and apps to expand on functionality.
