I have had the best experience with their customer service, namely Zyra Villanueva. She has helped me navigate some challenging issues I was having (not Duda's fault) and she did it with grace, kindness and never quit trying... ultimatley we got it all worked out. I have had other experiences with thier custmner service that was also excellent.. I love this platform and all the features.. I have build a lot of websites on other platforms but Duda is the best all around in my opinion. It is so easy to use, implementation is simple, and it is so easy to integrate other features.. Duda is WONDERFUL!

Price menu is confusing at first but that may just be me..

Very end-user friendly. I can quickly build websites for my clients so I can charge a very reasonable fee plus I can train them on how to maintain the website builder themselves so they can be as self-reliant as they choose to be. Very easy to customize and preview on desktop, tablet & mobile.

In the beginning there were a few missing "widgets" like tables but they have since added widgets for inner rows, tables & image/text. And they keep thinking of features to add all the time. It continues to evolve and get better. eCommerce is one of those add-ons so perhaps their eCommerce is not as robust as a dedicated eCommerce site but not complaints because of all the other features it has.

A website builder that is robust, easy to use, easy to train on and good customer support. Time saver for me; money saver for my clients.

What I like best about Duda is that its is easy to use, you can build your website in a 1 hour or less and still be able to go live the same day

No feedback however I didn't like how you guys snuck that price increase in there. I had to look at my bill twice

The ability to create usable templates for my clients is amazing! I finally feel confident they will be successful managing their sites after set up is complete. It has enough personalization tools to be creative without it being overwhelming.

Currently, I do not have anything to report! The experience has been great so far. Only wish I had started using Duda earlier! Much better for a builder of several client sites.

The support is wonderful! Super fast to get up and running. Faster than Wix or Wordpress when it comes to completing a site and getting your clients involved. The pricing is also great.

The ability to build a complete website very very quickly and have it launched within days - all with a perfect SEO score. The second thing I love is that it enables us to save sections and whole websites as templates to then re-use time and time again. The third thing I love is the fact that we can escape the dreaded Wordpress update-pain cycle.

It needs more ecommerce features out of the box. When this happens it will be an absolute beast of a system.

Being able to scale cost effectively without the hassles that come from Wordpress. We can spin up sites very quickly - meaning we make more money for the time spent.
