Product documentation was on point and easily searchable on their website. We ran across some issues with our deployment which they resolved quickly.

Although they support k8s deployments, it's rather in an infant stage. In time I think it will get better, maybe they'll have a helm chart. This is more of a heads up than a direct complaint.

It's a very flexible and cost friendly CMS with great hosting support. As a hybrid model, we are very much able to write and receive data to and from DotCMS with very little effort. Compared to other alternatives out there, DotCMS has got the best support team, they are very quick and knowledgeable of the application they are developing. So far so good, we can't complain since the support we receive has been a highlight of using this great tool. Another advantage is that we can reuse the contents from the site and this saves much time.

DotCMS is amazingly customizable which is very nice. Also, i like bulk uploading which is a nice feature that helps us launch huge amount of contents. DotCMS is a time saver, i like everything about it.
