Its reliable, economical and does exactly what it says it'll do. We bought  CometChat to add it to our Marketplace website as a simple way for our buyers  to connect with the sellers. The product does exactly that, it lets the buyers  connect with sellers on our website.

The company is based out of India (we are from North America) and the emails may take a bit more time to get replies too. It's a small discomfort not an issue.

It has increased the number of sales we have processed on our website. It has  helped buyers through their process and made our website rather famous  amongst them. Similarly sellers have loved CometChat too. It has helped us grow  and get more business.

Inbuilt Monetization features and WordPress Plugin. Let me start with the  WordPress plugin which is easy to use and can be installed within minutes. All we  did was download the PlugIn enter our licence details and done. It was up and  running literally within minutes. The RBAC and Advertisement features let us  monetize our website easily.

The support system is a bit time consuming but they solve your problems once they get on it. 

We were able to create a subscription based user base and monetize CometChat’s features using  their RBAC tool. It has made monetization easier and has helped the business grow.

The product is really easy to Integrate, it took us minimal time to add it to our laravel website. All of its features fit perfectly with our needs, it has helped us grow our website surprisingly fast with a large increase in registrations coming after installing CometChat.

We haven't had any issues with the product up till now.

Communication and User Engagement. CometChat has allowed our users to communicate and connect and with a bunch of its features they now stay engaged therefore staying longer on our websites. It has helped us grow.

After a lot of market research, we landed on Cometchat and it's been every worth of the penny yet :) Love love love role based access. Had it not been for cometchat to give this features, we would have to hire another developer which needles to say would have been time consuming and expensive
