i like how clear the calls are , the option to type notes besides it , the many options and of course the transfer button to transfer to my colleagues
not much to say apart from that sometimes it can take a while to load and will not show me online but this could be a wifi issue
i can call someone and type notes at same time , i love multi tasking and it makes it easier to digitalise notes as they are already on my screen

Cloudtalk has a friendly interface, simple and easy to use! Better than many other products with a complex interface.
As I have the plugin installed in chrome, sometimes cloud talk identifies any sequence of numbers as a telephone.
CloudTalking is helping us to integrate all the countries that the company I work for gives a technical support to.
Great coverage of locations in many different countries, this capability was one of the most important benefits, as well as a great cost-benefit relation. I do recomend CloudTalk for your phone tracking resources.
If I can say something I don't like about the service I get from CloudTalk would be the number of spam calls/lost calls I got sometimes. However, one can't blame CloudTalk for that since spam calls happen in most cuntries very often and it is hard to counter. I leave here the suggestion to try to improve on anti-spam features ;-)
CloudTalk is helping us solve the problem of having visibility and management over our customer inbound phone calls received to us directly, as well as our channel partners.
The interface of Cloudtalk is very user-friendly, and I can make calls to a variety of countries. I work in sales and contact people over the phone all day, so it's the perfect software to use when calling people abroad and getting in touch with them quickly. I like the transfer function a lot, it makes it easier when it comes to getting people to the right place from both sides of the line.
It can be inconvenient when my calls aren't able to get transferred to me; sometimes, the system logs me out, and it gets in the way of working. It doesn't happen often, but it usually occurs when it's an important call.
Cloudtalk is helpful with properly getting my calls transferred to me, no matter what place of the globe someone calls me from. It's fast and efficient, and it helps me stay in touch with all my clients.
I work remotely in another country but using a local landline means my calls get answered more often. Handy notes section and integration with Hubspot if you need it.
My only criticism is that the apps automatically logs me out on my laptop when I unlock my iPhone as I have the app installed there too. I'd rather not be logged out on my laptop as that's where I make most of my calls.
Providing me with a business line using a local number without the need for an actual landline contract. Very handy to be able to make local calls from anywhere in the world on my laptop.
I usually have at the very list seven apps running for my job, I love the integration CloudTalk has with Front, is super useful I can always be logged in without having to open another app every time I need to call someone.
I wish this app had a search tool to find how many times you have called a specific number.

buena coneccion, opcion de grabar la llamada y calficar la actitud de la personas en llamada, guarda registro y facilita volver a comunicarse, una muy buena herramienta de trabajo
en ocaciones se caen las llamdas o no se escucha ala otra persona, es buena la seguridad pero el tema de tener que ingresar contraseña y correo siempre es tedioso
facilidad de comunicacion, buena señal cuenta con grandes beneficios es una aplicacion muy versatil y buena
