I like the data about companies visiting our website and the ability to segment and automate tasks for sales. I consider the tool more of a middleware, but it works.

There is nothing to dislike about it, it works just fine and the possibilities are endless. Ok, maybe the coverage could be bigger, but it's mostly small companies, niche industries that the data is missing.

We are solving two problems. First is about better understanding our audience and how different segments of our website visitors respond to our messaging, pricing, etc. Second is about identifying ICP website visitors to guide our sales team to in-the-market accounts.

Clearbit has made it easier for us to find and understand our ideal customer segments. The data provided by Clearbit has been invaluable in helping us personalize our outreach and close more deals. The platform's user-friendly interface and accurate data have made it a valuable addition to our tech stack.

The customer support response time can be slow at times. Some of the data provided can be outdated. The cost can be a bit steep for smaller businesses.

Pricing was a differentiator before, and the reason why I had originally chose it. Over time that has become less of a differentiator.

No negatives that we've found yet. Some minor field mapping issues but support helped us very quickly on that.

The ability to find up-to-date email addresses and titles for prospects has tremendous value in the sales world. You can't communicate with your target audience if you're not able to reliably reach them in their business domain.

There are some integration issues with other Chrome/gmail extensions, such as Ghostery. Though the workaround is quite simple: just disable the uncooperative app.

Identifying decision makers is the first crucial step in sales, and Clearbit offers the widest and most accurate database for that purpose.
