I love the visuals that are provided as it makes everything really clear for my team to review their incentives and the breakdown of each catagory. My team raves about the improvement from excel sheets.

I wish from the manager view by reviewing my teams incentives that I had the same view of their incentive breakdown to make going it over with them a smoother process.

For our team we are using CaptivateIQ for our teams monthly incentives and targets. Again I believe the visual breakdown of the data is very digestible for our team.

I like the fact that lives no room for doubts in all the details provided,the graph is a motivation for me to push more and more every day,week or month

So far it meets all my requirements and I haven't found anything that I don't like. Maybe a mobile app could be more helpful.

I'm not solving anything but I can plan with how much bonus I'm going to get my future for example a planned purchase or a vacation etc

I love how clear CaptivateIQ makes it for me to get a clear view of what my commission payout will be every month, and it comes straight to my email.

It would be nice to be able to see a breakdown of the payout total, but it isn't necessary.

It has helped me see exactly what my paychecks will look like before getting them. If anything is wrong with my payout, I can address it before payday.

CaptivateIQ is simple, easy and straightforward. Who doesn't like that when it comes to compensation?! I enjoy seeing all of my metrics in one place to refer back to and I also love that it gives a simple breakdown. It can't get any better!

CaptivateIQ makes it easier to catch possible errors with numbers and payout.

Coptivate IQ is great at simplifying what I'll be getting paid on. It's easy to use and breaks down my commissions in an easily understood way.

Occasionally menus can be cumbersome. It might take a few minutes to get the hang of the first time.

No more wondering what I'm being paid on, CaptivateIQ makes it easy to see.

I love that I can see all of my earnings in one place. It's so easy to log in and see the payout from each deal I've closed and what I've made year to date. We were using a Google spreadsheet before we had this and the ease of use is amazing.

I wish I could view a more detailed breakdown of calculations in my commission earnings- right now I can just see the final numbers.

We were using Google spreadsheets prior to getting CaptivateIQ in place. It was really tedious to have to look at multiple documents to see commissions, and there was no true approval process in place. Now reps get to have record of all the approvals and it's much easier to track everything.

I love how easy the platform is to use to see and approve my commission checks. As soon as finance approves our commission I can see it and accept it within minutes, I don't have to wait around to know how much money I am getting.

The only thing I do not enjoy is that we are unable to see how much money we get per meeting (or deal). This would be an awesome feature to have.

We started using CapitvateIQ because our past platform was clunky and would take forever to approve our commission checks. We have been able to reduce the amount of time and effort that goes into this tenfold.

Having clarity to see my commission and how it is broken down. It allows me to have transparency with my managers. You can view what will be paid out and make sure that it accurately reflects what is reflected in the CRM.

Not much. It does take several steps to filter to current/monthly payouts. Making this process quicker would be helpful

The problem that my company is solving with CaptivateIQ is finding a central location where the break down of any income could be explained easily and efficiently.

I like how simple this platform is. It makes it so I can easily just go on and find the information that I need.

I think that one thing that could be improved is having projected commissions.

I do not find anything that I dislike about the Captivate IQ tool.

Manual Commissions means that there will be manual errors. That is inevitable. Captivate IQ takes the headache out of calculating commissions!

I love being able to see my past payouts and correct any errors that I find in past payouts and immediately send a request instead of going back and forth with my manager.

I think the only thing that I dislike about it is that I can't see all my past payouts from the past months that I wasn't using Captivate IQ. I would love to see past payouts, and they broke down for me to find discrepancies way after the day I got payesd.

I'm solving finding exactly the structure of my payout each month. In the past I just had to trust that I was going to be payed out correctly without me being able to doublecheck on anything.

The platform has great visuals and was very easy to use. Usually it can be hard to access what exactly you need but with Captivate IQ it was simple and straightforward.

There was nothing I disliked about this platform. It had everything I needed to review and check my information without the hassle of accessing or tracking any of it.

I am ensuring my payouts are accurate and my sales activities/accomplishments align with the bonus payouts and prizes I am due. I confirmed my information was up to date and accurate with my other sources.
