Its easy to enter in all the required info for each client/contact. I also like that it keeps all of my contacts in one place and sync's directly to my outlook calender
the app, it is not android friendly however, it does work great for apple users
Getting more possible prospects as it allows for you to search the entire database of all from our company who use it and can see if they have made a connection with someone in which you can use as a way in with your new potential client from the same company. Its easier to keep track of everyone's sales activity as well
How organized and how much you can keep track of is great!
Sometimes the site/system crashes, but other than that its great!

not too sure what I dislike - to be honest I can’t think of much except it would be nice if there were more filters when doing a candidate/job search.
It is great for keeping track of and organizing your pipeline, especially by creating and updating Tearsheets. Makes finding a specific type of candidate fast and easy.
Canvas, it allows to report on almost anything we want. Adding that on was one of the best things they did. it is also great how many custom fields there are, which allows us to customize placements and jobs a lot, accounting for any need we have.
Leads feature, not the greatest. Additionally, support has been getting a little more difficult to deal with, we are constantly being pushed to different support people, put on hold and then hung up on, or get the wrong support for back office vs. front office.
It allows for great sales/recruiter workflow, allowing for more time to actually focus on candidates and clients.
How easy it is to navigate and how it connects to our email.
How it takes awhile to load sometimes or kicks you out.
Ability to store/track our candidates, clients and jobs very easily. We are able to close deals and make money because of it.
Having used a number of CRM tools in my recruitment history I cant stress how great bullhorn is enough. Its simple to use, easy to navigate and hosts a number of fantastic features like mapping.
Bullhorn had a tendency to crash when paired with another 3rd party tool

I love how everything is linked together, from Candidates to Placements, Contacts to Jobs. I also love that it is accessible anywhere I have internet access and compatible on my phone.
Occasionally we experience indexing issues when updating multiple records (Status changes) at one time.
We use this as our Staffing Software and works great for our many offices and teams.
I like that they are consistently updating it and it is very user friendly. I also like that there are many functions that allow you to search quickly for candidate information.
I dislike that it is not customize-able down to the client level like other CRM systems.
We keep everything organized and keep notes on all clients.
This may sound cliche, but I love the layout of the home page, i also love the colorful icons that allow you to easily navigate the site. Between search functionality and reporting this sleek layout is a gem for the staffing industry. I needed something that would organize my candidates but also allow me to contact masses if needed.
Sometimes the amount of tabs that spread for searches can be overwhelming. And if you don’t save your most common searches as favorites, it can be time consuming to get exactly what your looking for and narrow down a search.
The overall organization of our candidate base. Including applications, payment info, personal info etc. everything is a one stop shop with bullhorn canvas. I realized how many different programs I was using separately before our company made the switch.

I love the user interface and the ease of use of the system as a whole!
I have no dislikes to list regarding Bullhorn CRM.
Tracking, strategy and planning, and business prospecting.
Intuitive to use. Simple layout with easy to understand color coding. Candidate records are laid out well. And in general the verbiage used is very easy to understand what is being asked of you. Monster API integration into bullhorns UI is also super great!
I wish they had a better mobile site available and or a mobile app. Recruiting is an industry where you will frequently take calls in the car, out on lunch etc. to be able to document that away from your laptop would be phenomonal
Used Bullhorn at a previous recruiting agency and man did i not realize how good I had it when it came to our ATS. Bullhorn was easy to be trained on, and get up and running in no time!
Bullhorn houses all possible information as it has candidate profiles, client profiles, contact (manager) profiles, leads, etc. It also allows you to enter information and share it internally by adding sending emails to individuals and/or distributions lists. Very useful for storing and sharing information internally. Also the search capabilities are very robust and allow for some deep drilled down searches
Nothing really to dislike about this CRM as I find it is a lot more functional than some of it's competitors

I like that Bullhorn is easy to use, the UI is great, and the process of keeping track of candidate records, notes, actions, and interviews is seamless.
Sometimes not every team member records their information or proper data.
We are a technical staffing agency so we are keeping track of candidates and where we are active and who we have interviewing / in - play with our clients. I've used 3 other ATS' in 8 years, and I can hands down say that Bullhorn is the best for the industry. It syncs with email, and you should be able to tell information on candidates just by clicking on their record cards.
Ease of use - intuitive interface. Best CRM I've used. Quick search is a very handy feature
Mainly the formatting issues on certain profiles. Needs to be a bit more consistent
Organizing candidates by relevance, I find it does a good job picking up the bouillon searches I run
It's really efficient and way better than some of the others I have used in the past. I think it's a great way to keep all of my candidates in order and detailed. There are also a lot of more hidden features that I've figured out over time and they've been additional help to our teams.
It's tedious. I wish that it was more like Salesforce in the sense that it would track just about everything for us. I realize there are emails tracked places, but there are a lot of features that just make it messy. We also don't have all of the info it asks for when we add candidates so we end up with a ton of garbage in there. Additionally, the mobile use is TERRIBLE still. It barely functions on my iOS. The dashboard is messy and has gotten worse over time but I no longer use it.
We have used this to easily create rules and definitions around candidate ownership and made it much more efficient when people are competing for it.
Resume Parser and online timesheets and commission automation is fantastic.

I personally love that I always feel confident and safe in BH. It saves all of my notes-theres never any glitches and the kicker-its easy to navigate!
Some times it doesnt take my resume information I down load properly
BH allows myself and my colleagues to keep tabs of who has talked to who candidate wise so we arent calling the same people. The benefits are accuracy and organization .
