I like how secure and easy it is to use. Since the company I work for provided us Brex' services it never was so easy to manage our own transactions and feel safe to know you're taking care of them, and even if it didn't seem enough, no more reports are needed since the purchases we do are directly notified to our supervisors. That's fantastic, thanks!

Not many things to dislike, the UI makes the processes easy to understand and until now no bad experiences occur to me. So I'm happy with the service.

I love the customer service! No matter who you speak with, everyone is very good at what they do. Clearly Brex is doing a good job at recruiting and training.

As an admin on the account, it would be helpful if I had more capabilities. I understand there are limits due to security but it's a bit much for someone with my needs.

I love the user friendly interface. It doesn't matter if im on the App or the website it's easy to manage and switch between different budgets. Uploading receipts are easy via text.

I feel overall the brex platform is great but maybe one area we could improve is adding balance alerts for low balance or daily balance.

Setting up 2 budgets help alot. Having 2 pots of money to pull from helps manage where the money is going. This is more productive and time saving for me and my team.

perhaps the fact that you have to have a minimum balance of $10,000 USD in the bank to have the credit limit enabled

It solves my problem of not being able to access a credit card directly with my bank, plus I can have strict control of expenses

Brex has helped make it very easy for me to make purchases for my home office and acts like another credit card for me, so I can save it as a form of payment in my amazon account. I used to have to use my own cards for purchasing and would have to do a lot of extra work to pass along receipts, so Brex has streamlined this for me.

I don't know if I have any issues with Brex at the moment. It's a Visa card, so it's pretty much accepted everywhere and often times will auto-categorize expenses making it easy for our business operations team to keep up with my spending. Overall I'm very happy with Brex.

I think for our business Brex is making it very easy for our employees to spend company money like it's their money. We're able to move a lot faster when it comes to booking customer dinners and outings and overall it's made my life as an end user a lot easier because I have to do way less accounting for purchases than I've had to do in the past.
