Not having to cover business costs alone
Having a default budget can cause the card to decline if the correct budget isn't selected prior to running the card
Brex is allowing me to expense business venture and not have to pay for them up front with my money to then have to wait for weeks to get reimbursed
Not having to waste time reviewing receipts and keeping track of expenses that can be used instead to advancing projects and company goals
I think not having to attach the receipt and instead loading it automatically upon purchase could be an interesting improvement.

Love that there is a feature that allows you to book travel via the Brex website. It's also so easy to update receipts and memo's to any transaction.
We need a tap feature! My card only has the chip and therefore I need to use that over just tapping the card.

Business trip expenses can be very time-consuming depending on the length of the trip. With Brex you simply add receipts on the fly through their app on the fly.
Brex is fast in every aspect you can imagine: money transfers, records sync, user interface/web/mobile app(s) -- even the humans that provide support are (very) responsive. In startup/growth companies speed just isn't convenient, it's the difference between success and financial collapse. If you work in any kind of business with a large number of transactions, Brex will likely prove to be the best, most cost-effective partner available to you -- that was the case with us in our evaluation of our options.
Brex offers multiple accounts, but this is a relatively new feature and it's not well integrated across their platform. For example, you can't have your Brex credit cards backstopped by any other account than the primary one (or have some cards on one and some cards on another). Similarly, the mobile apps don't do a good job of handling multiple accounts (yet?).
1. Money transfers into/from China are EXCEPTIONALLY well implemented 2. Multiple transactional "checking" accounts allow us to manage/protect budgets, spending priorities, and payroll -- Brex implements this very well with correct (easy to understand/annotated) bookkeeping data and instant transfers 3. Vendor cards are also very well done from a tech, reporting, and user interface perspective (easy to setup, easy to search, spend limits work instantaneously) -- this feature alone has saved us thousands of dollars in caught vendor overreach and fraud prevention 4. The ease of use of Brex spend limit management (and other budgeting features) make it hard to not do your budgets each quarter. The tools are so good it sort of shames us into using them. 5. As far as we can tell, the website/mobile apps update in near realtime. We had so many derivative problems from our last bank where the website balance calculation could be delayed from the transactions posting. 6. Brex can print and mail checks for you (for vendors that have to have it) and will "protect" the funds to clear the check (so that you can't accidentally double spend them and bounce the check). All of our prior banks struggled with this causing us endless heartache.
I love how easy it is to submit receipts from my phone. It's also simple to add memos. I like that I can use the physical card or attach it to the wallet on my Iphone.
Sometimes it's tricky to log in from my computer. Maybe if there was a way to attach my own credit/ debit card so that If I go over my allotted amt it pulls from my account.
My company provides us with free lunch. For remote employees, we get $400 a month on the Brex card and we can easily track the balance, attach receipts and submit memos
Brex customer service has been prompt and extremely helpful. The simplicity in both the browser and app version are unmatched by any other vendor I've utilized!
I have yet to experience any downsides to Brex.
We utilize Brex for our company credit cards and it allows cardholders to manage receipts and memos efficiently; without the extra added support from an internal Finance department.
Brex has a great app to track all spending and budgeting. Quickly notifies you of all charges.

the card details were compromised a few times, but the support team was very helpful, (terminating the compromised card and issuing a new one immediately)
receiving my home office stipend on it, and the ability to purchase all the setup using the brex card, through vendors like IKEA, AMAZON, and more.
I love the security of the physical card. If I use it, it will send a text to send a picture of the receipt. I like that.
If I had to pick something, it would be that the balance does not start over till the first of each month, even if you pay it before.
Things are organized easier and help with keeping up with all of the different employee cards.
Very user-friendly. Trying something new, especially when it determines whether or not you'll get reimbursed, can be anxiety-producing, however, in this case, there was no need!
There isn't anything that I dislike about Brex.

It is so easy to use. It makes the administration faster. If I had any questions the support is always helpful.
Only admins can see the rewards, not all the cardholders. And it is only possible to integrate 1 Quickbooks account. We would like to use it with 2.
We have several subscriptions and here we can filter out if we have a double charge. For the accountants, it is helpful to cathegorise the expenses and they can see the invoices/receipts right away.
I love that you can text a picture of my receipts or the situation (took a picture of an online invoice from a flower shop) and that picture automatically gets uploaded and attached to the matching / most recent transaction.
As a card holder, user don't seem to get any reward points to make purchases.
Each department can have access to cards and make purchasing a lot easier.

The features I need: the digital card, the expense reporting, and flexibility to upload receipts and backup in whatever way works: it just… works!
I haven't run into anything I dislike yet.
I didn't initially want a corporate card and to fill out expense reports because I had this responsibility in other organizations with systems that were convoluted and complicated. Now I have no problem handling expenses in my department because it's so damn easy.
Bottom line, Brex has been the easiest expense application to use over the course of my entire career. The experience feels much more streamlined and intuitive than the other applications I have experiecne with.
Can't say there's anything I dislike about the app. Fully functional and have everything I need within an expense tracking app. Overall, Brex has been so simple - give it a go!
Brex was deployed to easily manage our expense system. As a startup, every dollar spent is magnified - there's additional scrutiny to how each dollar is spent. Brex helps here - and the service is well worth it!
I love that Brex allows my company to instantly update my budget with basically zero wait times! I love that you can include it on your apple wallet too, as a busy infant teacher it makes my life so much easier!

My downloads would fill up, which isn't the case. Additionally, the layout of the whole website is comfortable to work with.
