Navigating through the system is a breeze (pun intended!), and I could easily set up and customize my hiring workflows, templates, etc. Breezy is a collaborative hiring functionality, so hiring managers and interviewers can easily navigate the platform. Breezy also has a fair and sensible pricing model. You won't find yourself stuck with an ATS that charges inflated prices as your use of the platform increases. It's also important to highlight Breezy's Customer Support team. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and timely. They're so quick to answer my questions.

Breezy is a highly intuitive and easy-to-use platform. The support team is always available and, most important of all since they have a flat fee, you can add members to your teams dynamically. All around it is a fantastic tool and affordable to any sized business.

Integration with platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn will be a nice addition (they are in the works for what the team told me!)

I will recommend BreezyHR to anyone who needs an efficient, cost-effective way to reach applicants. The staff is responsive and helpful. I'm a fan! I have used other, much more expensive software, and BreezyHR is better.

I haven't seen a downside. It is easy to use and effective.

Breezy has stock job descriptions that I can modify to suit my positions. Posting an ad is very fast and easy. I have gotten great results. I also like that I can cancel anytime if I don't have any hiring needs.

We love that there are unlimited users and how much is customizeable. You can't beat the price, either! They also have a great support team and it doesn't feel like I'm just talking to bots working off a script.

It seems like we get more candidates if we post straight on Indeed instead of posting a job through Breezy to be pushed out onto Indeed. I also wish that there was a way to refresh my postings more frequently.

We have a unique structure in that we are spread out over multiple sites and have hiring managers all over. Breezy allows us to streamline the process for the entire company.

It's great to have everything in one place and not have to worry about keeping track of which job sites I posted to, where candidates are coming from, etc.!

Set up is kind of tough, it isn't intuitive. It took me about 20-30 hours to set up Breezy and learn how to use it. The guides could be improved.
