I tried BlueJeans for free and as a user I was very pleased with it, the software is well-designed, it is a dynamic platform that can be used quickly and efficiently and its tools are flexible, But i'd like to have the opportunity to add customers who are not directly involved in the group.

BlueJeans is the most useful and complete tool I've had in so many years, it has an optimized interface and what I like the most is the performance that BlueJeans gives me because it gives me good audio and video quality despite a bad internet connection, I also like that it has multiple versions on different platforms, be it android, Windows or website.

Annotations features are frustrating. Participants cannot mark on presenters screen. Annotative mode freezes the screen and then clears the screen when you exit it. No hand raising feature. Limited recording lengths and resolutions on standard plans.

Even pre-Covid lockdown, my engineering team is distributed globally, and we are constantly sharing our 4k screens in Autocad. Slack screen share does not support that resolution enough to read anything, so bluejeans is a life saver on that. We use it for team training, problem solving, and our daily Agile/Jira standups.

What I like most about BlueJeans is that once you start using it in meetings, it's really simple and easy to connect, and works well with mobile devices like tools, extensions and applications. Very easy to schedule and join a meeting. Integrates with Outlook calendar so we have all our meetings listed in the BlueJeans app itself. The voice, video and screen sharing qualities are amazing. We have an option to take the control of the desktop who has shared their screen as well.

I have an impeccable experience with Bluejeans. Amount of control given to the meeting organiser to mute the users is good but in my opinion, it can improve. Blue jeans offer integration with all types of system. I have been using it since 2014. I have worked with Video Conference systems of different types, computer and mobile. The system reliability is really high. Even when you drive you can use the option to talk with you car audio. And it also has a low bandwidth option on mobile which works on low signal areas. It integrates well with my outlook application so that with a click of a one-button I can arrange a meeting and add attendees.

Some of the options which they could improve are on using it as a learning platform. Not having a raise hand option and it should be something that should come in handy when we are dealing with multiple parties. Also having a whiteboard option to each while talking will be an added advantage. I think for bluejeans to further popularize this platform they need to give some version of it free of charge (Like "Zoom"). Another annoying feature is on the web application, it doesn't store all the email addresses which you have used with previous meetings. Hence for each meeting, you have to copy and paste or type it in.

Lowering travel cost and enabling flexibility. Especially on a lock down situation as now, it has been a savior.
