Low prices for shared hosting. Easy setup. No major problems with uptime in 1-3 years.
Delayed support responses with long wait times for live chat. The non-standard Cpanel-esque controls are odd and cumbersome at times.
Simple cheap hosting for websites that don't have strict needs.
It gives you absolutely what it sells you exactly what it says it sells you, nothing more or less. And it is quite cheap!
Very limited amounts of domains it only have the typical, not new implementatios like .ninja, .dev, etc

They have a modern setup, their website is good. They are honest in their ads and their pricing. The do the sign up super cheap and then raise the price the next year since everyone does it, but it is not surprising or shady. It is relatively easy to get a domain, get hosting, get your Wordpress up and running. On thing that I really like about Blue Host is you can have unlimited domains attached to your hosting. Namecheap only allows 5 so Blue Host is a nice change from that.
Web hosting in general is hard, and support is sometimes hard to work with, but that is across the industry as a whole. Web hosting as a whole is hard to use, so things are hard to setup, it is easy to mess up, and there are so many options that finding instructions for your particular use case is hard. Bluehost also charges you for privacy shield, so your info gets exposed to scammers. I have gotten more phone calls since signing up for Bluehost than ever before.

We liked the price of Bluehost unlimited hosting server. It was very affordable compared to other options.
The customer support from BlueHost was not very good. All outsourced and hard to get someone who could help you.
Hosting numerous websites on the same server
The servers are quite strong, the site is not crashing even with a lot of visits at the same time
The price : it is very expensive to renew your domain with them (VERY expensive) The support : previously, the support was the main reason why i decided to use Bluehost but they have changed and now, you get to wait 1h to have someone on the chat to help you (even if there is a critical issue)
Providing quality servers to host websites. I launched successfully a few sites with great success.
Bluehost is one of the more affordable web hosting services that I have seen.
A lack of clarity of billing. Early on it was clear cut what I was paying for, and I have since seen a variety of billing charges.
Hosting my online courses by using the purchased domain through bluehost.
You can accomplish a lot if your company or business has a lot of needs. And I mean, a LOT of needs. There is literally an option for everything and I know they're always trying to improve on their service- inclusiveness. It's great. I appreciate being able to access my webmail easily.
You can't do a single damn thing on here without clicking a hundred times through the options, everything is placed in a category and the organization is confusing. You could accidentally break your business site by opening the wrong thing. Drives me nuts. Also, logging in without doing it through webmail is tedious. The URL to login isn't something you can memorize, which isn't cool. The settings for admin of the mailbox is few, and a lot of it can't be automated.
Client and I use it to admin wordpress and other things to their business site. It gets the job done, and the domain pricing isn't too shabby, but it's definitely hard on the eyes and not something you can just "hop in" and do.
I like that I can easily manage my account from their homepage
I don't like how confusing it is to have a separate company for the domain and separate for hosting. It's hard to connect with Weebly.
It's fine for the price point, but if Weebly did everything, I would probably go with that
There are many features offered on the platform, acts as the admin's one-stop shop for web/email hosting and other services. Also fairly easy to navigate despite being a new user.
Poor aesthetics, and certain processes can be simplified or automated, or made more intuitive to the end user. In general, could use a more customer-friendly user interface to make it easier for beginners at small businesses.
We require it for web hosting, as well as business emails. Helps us look and act more professional from a digital standpoint and provides security/consolidation for our team.
Easy to get a website up and running. Bluehost lets you register for a domain, get hosting, and install a simple CMS very quickly.
Layout of backend is confusing and some of the features were not working while I was setting up the site.
Hosting a legacy smaller site.
