As a long-term customer of aweber I have enjoyed the benefits of added features, direct live support, ease of use, and tracking over the years. There are so many features that I'm sure I could learn to use them better.

I can't think of anything I dislike about the aweber program. They are committed to growth and support of their customers.

I have a way to stay in touch with my clients, divide my emails according to their interest, and create great looking emails. People like the look and often respond to my emails - either right away, or after a long time. It's great for staying in touch with people who are not ready for my services now, but feel a close relationship because they continue to hear from me.

I started using aweber based solely on word of mouth. Colleagues of mine used it so I used it to & it makes a huge difference to my business. I've never even felt the need to look elsewhere for a similar product - getting the information through from my website etc is simple, detailed & perfectly useful!

Dislikes aren't really an issue but since it seems to want me to put something I would say that sometimes, as an amateur or a beginner, I did find the process a little confusing. With the help desks being in America & being a person who prefers to talk to someone it was potentially expensive to get firsthand assistance!

The main benefit aweber has assisted me with is the generation of potential new customers. I have the form on my marketing website & it helps give the people who look on it a "call to action". Often taking the "choice" of coming to my class out of their hands & allowing me the control of contacting them myself. Something I feel is vital to my success

If you wanna run simple email marketing Aweber is for you... it's jsut the perfect email marketing solution. Been a customer since 2011 and don't see myself using anything else... and I've tried a few others.

Lacks segmentation features... I can't move people across lists and I hate that. I think they should add this feature in the future

I run a local consulting company and help clients build email lists so they can market to them at a later date. I have tried almost all of the email autoresponders out there and you know what, Aweber with all things combined, comes out on top as a great system for most types of small to medium sized businesses. The very best part of Aweber is ease of use and single optin functionality. I don't care what people say about less spam complaints with double optin, I call shenanigans as how many people REALLY remember if they did single optin or double to somebodies list? Bottom line, use email marketing the right way you won't have any problems.

The email form code should default to clean with out Aweber styling. Many times I have to refresh the page to get the clean code to sue with an app of whatever. A little irritating for sure.

Aweber lets me segment client's emails lists and assign different company names, websites and email addresses to each list. This is very handy for us as local consultants. We just came back to Aweber less than a week ago. Missed you guys!

I wish there was an easier way to learn how to use the new updated software in one simple location, our dashboard, or link to a variet of training videos. Making it easier for someone like me, who is not a graphic artist, or technology person. I spend many hours trying to figure out which template to use and how to create what I want by trial and error. I appreciate AWeber not using cookie cutter approach templates so I can remain unique with my brand & message!

Aweber gives me the opportunty to add to my customer base, connect directly with my potential customers connecting individuals to my unique company brand with a very small marketing budget! I'm exicited as to how much more Aweber marketing is going to do for me when I implement my current marketing strategy; because because Aweber now gives me the opportunity to directly emal short videos without the receive needing to click a link. I've also sold event tickets through the AWeber e-newsletter with a quick easy to use ciick. Other benefits, my customers forward the email to their friends, and adding links to social media sites with opt in forms...makes it easier and easier to add more of my ideal customers to my email data base!

Automated Marketing - More sales, more time, happier customers

It is wonderful that Aweber allows us to have multiple email folders to contact different target markets. Naturally we use it for prospects and sales. However, we even use one of the email folders to send educational email to our staff. Rather than give them a bunch of information that they may not read, we just set up a long series of emails that educates them one week at a time. We only had to write the material once and then every time we have a new employee we just start them on the first email and they get the rest automatically.

Previously we did not like the fact that we could not import any list of our clients, but only enter one or two email addresses at a time. Aweber was too strong on trying to avoid spam. We agree with them on not importing a spam list but we had a list of people that knew us and who we had a relationship, but we still could not import their names and email addresses. Aweber has now changed that policy. All of us realize the importance of only sending email to those who want to hear from us. So spamming is not only out of favor it is a waste of time a resources.

Our goal is to keep in contact with potential members to join our health clubs. Most of these folks end up joining our club right away and if they don't they still hear from me personally about joining. I set up email in Aweber by make a copy of email I was already sending to potential new members. So my email is on-going and very personal...

We have been in business over 15 years and have used aWeber from nearly the beginning. It is one of those core systems for our business. One the rare occasions that there have been problems their support has always been great.

I did not like the forced double opt in, but they recently removed that. Now I can expand how I use the service.

Much of our sales come from building a relationship with our email list.

Aweber has a great interface that's really easy for me to operate and keep track of everything. For as sophisticated as it is, it's a very easy tool to operate.

The only thing I don't care for is that you have to pay for unsubscribes unless you manually delete them.

Aweber allows me and my clients to simply send out auto-responder messages that keep our audiences engaged, and it allows us to rapidly communicate with everyone instantly.
