A wonderful virtual environment for our colleagues
We've been using Airmeet at the organization I work at everytime we work from home. It allows us to easily connect with any team member without any hassle.
The one thing I dislike about Airmeet is that at times even when my internet is stable, I am automatically disconnected and I have to reload the page to connect it again.
Airmeet helps us work from home effectively by helping us connect with each other in a flash. Also, it helps us monitor who all are active and who all are on an off which at other times might not be that easy to know.
The audio and video quality is really great once it connects. The add-ons/plugins are really good as well like Kahoot. All features are really good. It is a great option as compared to competitors like Hopin.
I dislike the amount of times it doesn't connect. Once it connects, everything is fine but if it doesn't, it ends up taking so much time, If this could be improved, it would be one of the best platforms. Sometimes, it also lags inspite of having very good internet.
The problem which Airmeet is solving is: good quality audio and video for events. The no. of event participants is also reasonable as compared to other platforms.
Ability to engage my audience using tools like quiz, polls, Q&A. Also like the post -session analytics which helps review the past workshops.
The numbersof steps required to create and join a workshop and adding a speaker/manager in a particular workshop is confusing and avoidable.
Other worskhops do not let live stream, record and save the recording for future use of the attendees. Also, it helps engage my audience better by providing multiple tools.
I like how airmeet allows for our company's co-founders to be the focal point of our monthly company wide calls, and then invite relevant team members up to the stage to share their insights / initiatives. The feature that drew us to airmeet initially is the break out rooms.
I wish there was a payment plan option to accommodate a medium size team (150-300 registrants). It is difficult to pay $1 for every registrant over 100. We would love to keep using the platform, but would appreciate some sort of reconsideration on package offerings. I also find it difficult that only a certain number of speakers can be backstage at one time - it would be helpful to call up the presentations / speakers for the entire call (hide them from stage), but when we tried to do this - it kicked a few of the speakers off.
Airmeet allows for our entire company (which is rapidly growing and increasing in number of team members) to have company wide monthly calls. This provides all team members a chance to see our co-founders in one place, and hear relevant updates.
The best thing about Airmeet is its different types of sessions and events which can be created. Not only this in every event we can also have a chat room where people can easily do discussions.
The thing I don't like about Airmeet is that as a host it can't be operated on a mobile device on the app or even the browser which is a good thing about Zoom. Also, it takes a lot of bandwidth in comparison to Zoom.
All Thanks to Airmeet that we have increased the engagement rates not just during the sessions but also throughout the course. It also helped us reduce the drop-out rate.
Airmeet is a great platform for hosting virtual events. It offers a variety of features such as networking, interactive sessions, and live polls to make the experience as engaging as possible. The platform is easy to navigate and customize, and the customer support team is helpful in case you have any issues. Overall, I highly recommend Airmeet for any virtual event needs.
I am not aware of any major downsides of using Airmeet. However, as with any technology, there may be some occasional glitches or bugs that need to be ironed out. Additionally, it may require some setup time to properly customize the platform for your specific event. Also, Some users have reported that the free version of Airmeet has limited features compared to the paid version.
Airmeet is a virtual event platform that aims to solve the problem of hosting engaging and interactive virtual events. It does this by offering a variety of features such as networking, interactive sessions, and live polls to make the experience as interactive as possible. This can benefit you by providing a seamless and engaging experience for attendees, which can help to increase engagement and make your event more successful. Additionally, Airmeet's platform is easy to navigate and customize which can save time and make organizing the event more efficient. In the current scenario, where physical events are not possible, Airmeet is providing an alternative solution to host the events, meetings and conferences in a more engaging way.
The ability to switch from meeting style to webinar and the overall look and functionality are important to us as is the secure single individual sign in across multiple sessions.
Only issue is need to help users understand the functionality.
Providing platform for virtual exchange program and design challenge for students and teachers. Enabling hybrid engagement from India and Australia. Providing a secure platform.
We use Airmeet to host both smaller webinars, and bigger hybrid events. We like the video quality, the different features they offer for engaging participants, especially chat, reaction emojis and Q&A is much better compared to other vendors.
While Airmeet's integrations are generally good, we have found that the Salesforce and Hubspot integrations could be improved further. This would enable us to better track and manage our leads and attendees, and better manage invitations.
We wanted to have one platform that we can use for hosting smaller webinars, as well as bigger internal (Townhalls, etc.) and external (Hybrid conference) online events. With Airmeet, we found a platform that works reliably, high video quality, easy to use both for participants and presenters, and overall helps to stand out and display a professional image about our company.
The backstage and stage settings allowed us, the organisers to manage affairs better. We were earlier worried due to a potentially steep learning curve, but it was needless.
It seems very intense and confusing in first glance. Choosing the right model to use for events is a trial and error process, but I suppose that is true of most softwares.
Hosting community events on a large scale for a longer duration of time. Organising a schedule and multiple speakers is also really well done. Inviting people is simple and can be done on the backend.
Airmeet team has developed very good user experience with appealing user interface and better pricing model which allows them to stand out from the competition. They have unique solutions for online gathering and social events.
Sometimes we had issues with customer support and solutions SLA was not met. Low audio quality sometimes with average internet speed. I believe this could be avoided with better compression techniques.
Airmeet offers video conferencing platform, user management and attendance solutions which are beneficial to Edtech domain. Call recording and hand rising features are very good when the Webinar involves 1000+ users.
-Typeform API intergration to recieve session feedback. -Event summary and stats -huge participation limits -Customized event reminders and confirmation mails -Leaderboard feature to keep students engaged. -built-in recording feature - host can easily hide unwanted people from the stage. - the feaurure of having a co host along with a host lets the organizer manage the event as a team. - You can very easily change your poster for the sessions on airmeet. - session promotions have a very amazing feature of dynamic date/time/event name fill ups that change as per the event details
- duplicating events does not duplicate all aspects of the meeting. Some configurations get set to default. For example: Leaderboard settings, event reminder mails, etc. - To change event timings or date, you have to go to the schedule menu which takes time. - You cannot end an event once it has been created. You will first have to open it, then close it and only then can you archive it whuch is kinda annoying.
Airmeet helped us in managing huge virtual audience. The leaderboard feature ensures that the users that engage with us over airmeet are active enough. Also gets us the registrants data and exact number of attendees given a certain number of registrations.
The app was very user friendly and had mang features for conducting a webinar. The polls and pre upload option made hosting easier.
The nevigation can be made more simpler for first time users
It is providing a tool to conduct webinars and events smoothly.
Clear distinction between conversations with the organizer behind screen and then when we go live, it does help to make you feel like it with the countdown. Also love the option to chat with organizers during the event.
If audience could send claps and hearts during the session, similar to the feature we have on Instagram, it would make Airmeet feel more like being on stage!
I spoke at a couple of conferences and webinars using Airmeet and the experience was seamless. I didn't have to spend too much time onboarding on how to use the platform unlike other platforms I have used in the past.
I've used other webinar platforms before and the viewer experience is fairly average. Airmeet makes it easy to engage viewers with gamification features, leaderboards, Q&A, polls, etc. As a host or admin, it's fairly easy to set up events. I'm a big fan of the confirmation and reminder emails that come from Airmeet which is something I can't say for other webinar platforms like Zoom or GoTo. Lastly, the landing page feature is a big win. We no longer need to build custom landing pages in Hubspot which is a big timesaver.
There are a few minor things that I have disliked such as the inability to add more than one host once a webinar has been scheduled or seeing morphed logos on mobile landing pages. Outside of that, I've been extremely impressed.
We are wanting to build a community with our customers and Airmeet is helping us tackle that through webinars. Whether we're wanting to host a product spotlight webinar or a customer spotlight webinar, we have all the tools we need to execute quality webinars.
The platform has a very pleasing aesthetic, allowing attendees to navigate easily. Customer service and technical support have also been very responsive and supportive as my team plans ahead for our events. The platform has great features, such as networking spaces and tables, as well as the ability to host multiple presentations at once.
When hosting presentations simultaneously, it would be helpful to prevent certain attendees from moving to an incorrect presentation. This sense of control would be great if we were given the option as a host to turn this on and off depending on the needs of an individual event. Sometimes presenters are disappointed they are unable to see the audience while they are presenting. This has especially been the case for faculty who are presenting classroom materials and hope to respond to engagement of students.
Airmeet provides our School of Business admissions team with a new and different way to host virtual events beyond the confines of Zoom.
I really like the tables and networking features that gives attendees an opportunity to turn on their cameras and connect with each other. Also , questions from your attendees can be shared on screen for all to see!
There is a bit of a learning curve for attendees to get used to navigating , but that can be remedied with an attendee guide. If your event is more than one day, I think attendees will appreciate the guide and not mind the extra time required to learn how to navigate.
The platform helps me to deliver content in an immersive way, increasing the engagement. Also lets me deliver in a variety of ways to suit my attendees varying learning styles. Increases their ability to retain the information.
I liked the simplicity of the platform and the ability to create different events where participants can drop in and out.
It can be a bit challenging to get the hang of it initially (mostly because it's very different from what we expect with Zoom). But soon you get the hang of it.
It provided a more dynamic/interactive virtual event platform to use instead of zoom.
Airmeet's design is very slick for the user and admin interface.
There is hardly anything to dislike. The UI can be made relatively faster.
I am able to engage webinar attendees in a better way than other tools. The ability to watch the replay, and remind the attendees saves a lot of time.
Feature to enter different rooms and create inclusive environment for all
Some times a bit slow and take to much bandwidth
Meeting rooms feature is awesome
