It syncs very nicely with our Salesforce. The installation is very easy because the Aircall app is available everywhere: PC, Mac, iOS, Android. The report function is great and it helps me manage my team easier. And Aircall offered us a very nice discount package

The number configuration is sometimes confusing, especially IVR

When you have a big sales team making hundreds of calls per day, it's hard to manage everything with just excel sheet. And sometimes it's hard to tell if someone is lying with their call stats. With Aircall managing is much easier (and less boring because you won't have to look at huge black and white excel file anymore)

I would say that it is the best user and cost friendly software that should be used by all call and contact centres. I highly recommend it!

Well, I don't think so that there is something to dislike about it. It's already doing great.

It gives me a feel of a real virtual phone. I can make both, inbound and outbound calls, I can track missed calls and history.

What I like best about Aircall is its seamless integration with our existing workflow and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. The ability to make and receive calls directly from within our CRM platform has greatly streamlined our communication process and improved overall productivity.

One thing I dislike about Aircall is the occasional call quality issues, where calls can be choppy or experience dropped connections. Additionally, I find that the pricing plans can be a bit expensive, especially for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

Aircall has effectively solved the problem of managing and tracking our business calls in a centralized platform. I really enjoy everything, coming from another telephony system, I was in charge of finding a new system. We love aircall, and really had a smooth transition. The conferencing and transfer options are so solid, as well as everything else. The dash is easy to understand and the UI is intuitive. I'd go with them 1,000 times over.

I truly don't have much to say about cons. The integrations could be a little smoother, but once they are established they are really easy to finish.

We had connection issues with our last system, and it hasn't been a thing with aircall. The support is so fast when there is an issue, and the communication between the team and our team has been great.

Aircall is such an amazing app, it's so easy to set up and it has a wide range of settings to fulfil your team's needs.

There is no dark mode available :( and sometimes it lags from time to time.

Thanks to Aircall we are managing easily our B2B & B2C's needs. They have a competitive price and half of our team use the app on their laptops with no major problems. You can set up business hours, call routing and even more! We are really happy with their service.

I think one of the most important things to highlight about Aircall is how user-friendly this is. So easy to use, and adds value to your daily performance.

I don't think there's an area of opportunity with this tool yet (user for more than a year now).

Fantastic phone service for laptop users!! Love that I can work from anywhere I have Wifi available and needing to make calls! Highly recommend, very stable .The user interface is easy to navigate, the call quality is generally great ( I'm pretty sure the drop in quality sometimes can be my internet),

The only thing I would like to see change is the click enter to answer doesn't always work, but this is small thing and I would recommend it to anyone in needed of a digital phone system
