I really like the app and how easy it is to submit expense reports and manage them for my direct reports. Very easy to use.

The only thing I have noticed is that sometimes there is a slight lag between submitting receipts and it showing up in the receipt inbox, not a huge deal.

We are a rapidly growing company, so managing our expenses is a big part of scaling the business. Airbase helps make that so much easier

it has combined what were were using as an AP platform and CCs into one spend management platform.

It is easy to use and organized. Every transaction is easy to categorize and attach a receipt to. Very nice user interface.

My supervisor is not able to send a transaction back to be once I have submitted it. There have been times where I attached the incorrect receipt or I categorized a purchase incorrectly. I have to go to finance to update it.

I can make purchases with my own company card and upload receipts to this program where it is all organized for them to review.

Airbase helps to eliminate manual AP disbursements and expense management tasks. It helps to stay organized and provide more viabilities to all the spendings and vendors.

Mileage reimbursement platform is a little disappointing. It cannot be duplicated or cover multiple days. It is too basic. Reporting capabilitie can be improved.

Multiple expense reports and lenghthy forms I'd have to fill out. This makes it so easy to submit and get reimbursed

What is most helpful is the easy-to-use process. It is straightforward. Also I am able to check the progress of each reimbursement is a great tool to be up-to-date.

I guess the only downside with Airbase is not being able to directly contact your supervisor from AirBase. Like if you need a virtual card approved ASAP. That would be nice.

What Airbase is solving for me is the convinces of being able to get updates on approvals and pending transactions easily rather than having to dig for the information.

Very user friendly. Not hard to use at all. I am someone who is nervous about using new technology but quickly felt comfortable with airbase due to how user friendly it is.

There is nothing really that I don't like about airbase it's very easy to use. I guess the only thing I don't is how long it takes to get reimbursed but other than that all good.

Airbase is solving reimbursement and row truck needs. It's a one stop shop for all those needs with a very user friendly interface that anyone would be able to use.
