Configurations are easy and the support Given by A10 professionals on TAC cases is very effective.
There is no downside of A10 as I have done more than 15 deployments in Sri Lanka.
Application availability, security and performance.
I like the GUI of A10 LB. It's easy even for a junior to understand and use. Creating VIPs and configuring certificates is easy here in A10 networks product.
Sometimes,it delays in loading UI while I switch between contexts.
I use A10 Load balancer for handling my DMZ setup in my Infra. I upload and maintain certificates. Creating VIPs has always been easy in A10 LB. Best part is that I get notified before a certificate expires well in hand.
It enables us to comply with an auditing program by allowing us to also segment in scope devices. Having the flexibility to load scripts also helped us address requirements
Nothing really as it already complies with our requirements. But if i may add, the lead time of delivery affected our planning for the deployment of a10 as we are needed to wait for another 2 weeks to deploy
Load balancing, reverse proxy and SSL certificate offloading. It helps us address these network requirements
It has an easy and user-friendly interface. Thanks to its flexible license management, it makes a difference to its competitors. You can install the application on the virtual server. Stable and no problem in performance. Its price is much better than its competitors. It has a CLI interface similar to Cisco commands. As Loadbalancer, his abilities seem to be sufficient.
HA setup is a little difficult. WAF features are insufficient. I do not recommend if you are buying as WAF. You can make some advanced settings only from CLI. WM tools cannot be installed on the virtual version. If you are taking snapshot backup, service is interrupted
316/5000 Thanks to its flexible license capability, I installed 4 a10. I work as HA in groups of 2. I put 2 of them on DMZ. I put the other two on the LAN. I use the DMZ as WAF and RELAY server. I use the one on the LAN as a loadbalancer. I also do all certificate offload on a10 in DMZ
